Job Rule / Responsibilities:

Project Architect / coordinator

  • Responsible for all the technical aspects of the project as well as leading the design team including sub-consultant to ensure projects requirements are met.

  • Coordinate between disciplines, sub-consultants and relevant authorities .

  • Manage client requirement.

  • Working in projects in all design stages developing project from pre-concept to tender, preparing all related reports, documents, drawings and presentation.

  • Analysis and compare design options.

  • Prepare progress reports for client.

  • Dealing with many suppliers to ensure optimum solution for the project.

  • Select material and prepare material comparison report for client.

  • Resolve design conflicts with authorities  to get the best design solution to the project:

    • Working with Aldar to shift tower limit and vehicular access ​to save one basement.

    • Working with Bunya and Aldar to relocate Electrical Substation.
